Museum building

Upstairs in the museum building and opposite the kitchen Mark sat in a room on his own. He was conscious of shadows moving outside the room now and again and at one point he thought one of the team had come upstairs as he thought he had heard a voice and saw a large shadow go past and then come back and enter the room and came right up to Mark and then went away again.

Helen saw a white shape come into the room and said there was something to her right also.

Stuart, Mark and Helen proceeded to attempt a séance.

Accommodation Block – Average temp 23˚
EMF – only activity put down to electricity

Stacey picked up a woman running up the stairs. She looked as though she was wearing a uniform with a hat from around the 1940’s. The lights (which are on sensors) went on downstairs but no one was down there.

In the accommodation block in one of the rooms upstairs Mark was led to a spot which the rods kept taking him back to. They crossed in an area where a bed used to be. As they were walking along the corridor to this dormitory, Helen was picking up on a specific energy which seemed to be following her around all night. She tried to start a dialogue with the spirit using the dowsing rods. It was determined that it was a male spirit who was quite attracted to Helen. Mark felt it was a man who in life was quite keen on the ladies, to which the rods gave a definite yes. He then asked if he was following Helen as she is quite attractive and the answer was a very strong yes. Whilst doing this Tina was videoing and each time the spirit was talked to there was increased orb activity, particularly around Helen.

Garden area behind Sergeant’s Mess

Mound - Denise asked if there was anything under the mound – maybe a bunker or tumuli? Stacey got the sense of fire or flames. Stacey had stood in the garden on her own for a while and had picked up on a man with his hands tied behind his back and was wearing some sort of loose sack-type clothing. He was surrounded by guards. She couldn’t see what the guards were wearing but they led him up some wooden steps and he fell half way back down and it looked as though his legs were quivering. Stacey believed she was witnessing a hanging. She then saw someone put a hood over his head and put a rope around his neck and she then heard drumming. He was then hung. She then saw the image again but this time there was no hood and she could hear the rope swinging. He was talking saying “June, June” and then said it again quite viciously.

Sergeant’s Mess Avg temp 15˚

Inside the Sergeant’s Mess Mark saw a man running down the main corridor on the ground floor. He was running as though he was trying to get away from someone and was breaking into a sweat. He was dressed in casual army clothing – as if not on duty – in a t-shirt. Mark picked him up about half way down the corridor but he wasn’t running away from any of our team.

Sandy was drawn straight to room 4 – she wasn’t interested in any of the other rooms and entered this one straight away. Mark is drawn to the corner of what was the bedroom in this room. The windows look out onto the garden and the mound. There is a strange feeling and an odd smell in this room. Mark feels very heady on this floor and Sandy is unable to grasp what is going on in room 4. There is a very intense feeling in the room.

Mark and Sandy move on to room 2 (opposite room 4) and Mark instantly felt “zapped” in the head. This room feels completely different to room 4 – the energy is quite high in here and it felt quite buzzy and tingly. This room looks out onto the Parade Ground. Helen said that as you open the door the atmosphere in the room hits you. Stewart also felt tight chested in this room.

Moving on to room 5, nothing was felt in this room (next door to room 4).

Room 6 felt quite strange but not as strong as room 4 or 2. Tina went into room 2 and became tearful and upset.

When the groups had split later in the evening, in room 2 Helen saw floating red and white lights. Mark kept seeing shadows. Tina got orbs on her video camera and Helen was also seeing them with her naked eye. Mark also saw orbs. Room 2 feels quite busy. Mark asked some questions and asked if any of the lights would like to make themselves clearer and 1 showed up quite brightly on the wall. Mark’s legs also went very cold.

In room 4 Helen had a pain in her chest. She felt she needed to go out into the corridor but it was too bright out there to work. Mark was using his dowsing rods and something in room 4 wanted to take them somewhere else. Mark left the room and then went back in and the dowsing rods took him to the window. They went outside and followed the rods and they led them to a point just outside the window of room 4. Mark asked if a body was buried underneath this spot and the rods gave a definite yes answer.

Teaching Block – Avg Temp 13˚
EMF – only activity put down to electricity

In the training cell Mark felt quite unwell – feels different inside the cell to how it does outside but this could have been psychological. Denise is getting a different vibration. Helen also felt energy. Conference room felt strange – Helen felt cold in here and the lights wouldn’t turn on. At 9.15pm there was possibly the sound of a woman sighing – Arron, Steve, Stewart and Stuart all heard this but no cause could be found for the noise.

Head Quarters - Avg Temp - 13˚

Stacey went straight into room 122 – Stacey said it felt “scary” in there and that she had developed sudden back pain and had to leave the room. Sandy then went into the room (only having heard Stacey say it felt scary) and had to come out as the pain was quite severe. When they were both outside the room they realised that they both had the pain in exactly the same place – just above the left kidney. This pain settled after a while outside the room. We then re-entered the room and sat quietly for a while. Stacey began to see chickens and sheep and someone being lashed on the back with a whip. Sandy saw a gentleman walk into the room and he stood in front of her and just sighed. Sandy can’t see any detail about the man but knows it is a male energy – he may have had a moustache. She gets the name “Geoffrey” and then feels as if she is being pulled backwards and Stacey says “well that’s because the room’s not here”. The man’s surname could have been Parkin or something similar. Sandy speaks out to the spirit to ask him to communicate with her or one of the group, asking for a light, a touch or temperature change. She feels a draft and on checking no windows are open and there is no wind outside. Stacey has travelled past a farm and is now in an open air temple with a stone altar in the middle. She can see a woman tied to the altar screaming and there are people around her in white robes. The priest cut her from her neck to her groin and removed her intestines and then filled her with grapes and apples and then sewed her back up. Stacey then returned to us. Stewart saw 3 lights travel across the floor in front of him in a line.

Later on some of the team returned to the HQ building and all heard a rushing noise as if a wind had blown through the building. A woman’s voice was heard calling to someone and Mark saw flashing lights. Stuart, Stewart, Stacey, Sandy and Mark were present. Mark attempted to communicate with the spirit who had led him outside to the garden earlier in the evening and Sandy got a very tickly cough (she said it felt like a furball!!). All heard someone whistle but none of the other team were near. This came from the corner of the room. In the store cupboard it felt very cold but we did not encounter the spirit from previous visits.

At this point we decided to call it a night and Stacey was feeling unwell. We look forward to our next visit.
