Well what can I say… this time around the night was a little calmer than before, we discovered something that needs more research and we have found out that it may not be Thomas Sackville or even Thomas Cromwell haunting the Priory.

 

The investigation was conducted as normal after i had setup some trigger objects we began in the gardens while it was still good weather then we moved on to the gatehouse, we conducted a Ouija Board and it kept saying “K7, K8 or J7, J8” which was odd and didn’t ring any bells with us. After a while we headed to the Priory.

We started in the Priors Room (aka monks room) and a Dark shadow was seen moving across the room but sadly it was not caught on film. We also tried the End room and managed to get in touch with a small boy called Samuel who like talking to us and who used to get shouted at by an older guy (father maybe).

 

We then moved to the music room and Kate got in-touch with  a lady that liked to play the “square piano” (the thing that looks like a harpsichord) 

 

 

not much info was taken from these encounters, cold spots and EMF readings were noted and great results with dowsing rods but the strangest was yet to come.

 

Mark, Joe Paul and myself tried a Ouija board in the childrens bedroom after Mark had what looked like made contact with the spirit of a small child that kept moving his dowsing rods. The Ouija board kept saying “A M A M A M A M” etc… making us think that this could be the child’s nanny or mother and she was called MAMA but when it spelt this out it started with “A” and them “M” and continued (not really making any sense)

 

 

we finally got to speak to Thomas Sackville and he claimed that his middle name was Edward (this has never been proved) and he seemed quite nice and willing to talk (not like him at all) he also said 1547 and that Henry the VIII was king and married to Katherine (or Catherine) but this info has been brought to us before by “Thomas Sackville” and again it’s all WRONG. None of the info is correct (please read michelham priory 2 report to see what I mean) so who is this spirit? Who ever he/she is they don’t know their history. Could it be one of the soldiers that used Michelham Priory during the war or somebody else playing silly buggers.

 

At the start of the evening Adrian told us that there was an item buried in the grounds of Michelham Priory and sent Jo and Mark out with their dowsing rods to find it, but without digging up the gardens we can’t be sure if it was located correctly. The Ouija board done by Stuarts group reviled that the buried item was Rosie’s toy box that was made from the old lectern that was in the church of the Priory before it was ripped down by Henry the VIII, true or not this is something we will have to look into.
