After a long trek in the summer heat, COTC and WSPI  set up camp at Chanctonbury Ring. A group of ten investigators set out to find the spirits that once walked the Roman Temple.

Our first walk about took us towards a clearing in the centre of the ring  with the help of Mark and his dowsing rods, in this clearing was a tree stump which seemed to have some kind of energy that made the sensitive people in the group feel dizzy and sick. Mark reported a sense of “vertigo” at this spot, Mark, Helen and Sandy using dowsing rods and a divining crystal managed to reveal that this point has a body beneath it that may have been a part of a ritual. At this point a tall bald man made his presence known to Helen and Mark, Sandy and Joanne felt something rush at them and Sandy had a presence that wanted to talk through her. As we headed back to the base camp Helen and Mark both picked up on three women at the same time, this for me was truly remarkable to watch as they both gave the same details together. Three beautiful young women dressed in white with long brown hair, two names were given, Mary-Anne and Rosemary.

 

At the base camp the tall man was again making his presence known first to Joanne and then Mark and Helen, Joanne felt someone behind her and her back felt very hot (even though this was a summers evening it was very cold and windy) and both Helen and Mark felt a hot rush on their faces as if they were stood by a fire (even though we did not have one).

 

 

After a break we decided to have another walk around and this time the dowsing rods used by Helen and Mark both gave off the same information, it told us that we were being protected by spirits whilst at the ring and that another spirit was following us. At one point when the rods were asked where the spirit was it pointed towards Stuart and we naturally though it was with him but… behind Stuart was the Base Camp where Stacey and Adrian were looking after the equipment and they had both began to feel very ill, so mush so that we had to call it a night so we packed up our equipment and started the trek home at around 2am. While Stacey was at the base camp she also said she had a tall large man in her face making his presence known.

 

 

Sadly no Orbs or Mists were caught on film or digital camera, as always if we don’t get anything we don’t bring you anything. WSPI and COTC will NEVER fake pictures or evidence just to make our selves look good. Please remember this!
